    OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations made until January 18, 2024, will result in a loss of 10% of your payment.
    • Any cancellation made between January 19, 2024, and January 25, 2024, will result in a loss of 50% of the either you deposit or the retreat price (whatever you paid by that moment).
    • Any cancellation made on or after January 26, 2024 will result in a total loss of funds.
    • If the retreat is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the rescheduled retreat date or may be refunded in full.
    • If the retreat is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
    • After submitting your refund request in writing by email to support@utransform360.com, please allow up to five(5) business days to process your refund request.
    • Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
